french corsage in linen

...I have just finished compiling my 'to do' list for next week and, before I start my weekend, thought I would post these images taken in the studio. The design is from the French Corsage Collection - Linen, we have produced the place cards with a vintage trim on the corner and finished with silk ribbon. The underside of the cards have been printed in a dark grey. All of the collections can be tweeked to add a more personal touch. A striped ribbon on a colourful print, a decorative corner trim, an additional colour can all help personalise your collection. We would love to hear your ideas and requests...

wedding magazine

We thought we would start to feature the odd press cutting here and there as we have taken out the Press Page from the main site as it was difficult to upload on a regular basis. So here is one of the latest as featured in Wedding Magazine - December/January issue (page 46). We are thrilled that the stationery was chosen -

wedding ideas awards 2010

It’s that time of year when the readers of Wedding Idea’s magazine start voting for the best of the best within the wedding industry for the Wedding Ideas Magazine Awards.
Therefore if you would like to vote for us in the Wedding Stationery category then simply select Vicky Trainor in the drop down list on the online voting form. We will need your help if we are to gain recognition in the awards and as we are a small bespoke company it is sometimes really hard to stand out against companies who have substantial marketing budgets!!!!!
Click here to be taken to the awards website where you can vote for us, please note that the voting finishes on 2nd December 2009.
We thank you in advance!!!

today in the studio

...the days are blurring into weeks again!! Just as I think the studio is going to slow down and I can get a bit of catch up time (especially with accounts, which I strangely and secretly love doing?!**_+?) the momentum picks up again (and I love it!!). Believe it or not, November is, normally, the quietest of months. However, even though we are supposed to be holding on to the speeding handles of the recession, we are enjoying a continued pace of orders, enquiries, and design requests.
I have just been collating stock ready for the 'designers marketplace' which we are attending in November (Sunday 29th 11-4 Middlesbrough Town Hall). It is run by Helen Stevens whose enthusiasm for all creative in the North East is, indeed, infectious. I will be featuring a post totally dedicated to the event within the next week (keep a look out). Here, we will be selling the recently launched everyday greetings cards range, general lifestyle stationery, the odd printed canvas, little pin badges and not forgetting the annual bespoke range of christmas cards. Soooo, it will be great to see you there if you live in the area!!!
